red.jpg

You Can Take It With You

Style: Red Ale made with Belgian yeast

ABV: 5.2%

Attributes: Caramel-malt forward brown-red beer. Soft brown sugar-biscuit, with spicy, grassy & fruit undertones. Finishes dry and refreshing.

Can you can-can? This is a release made to-go. Nice and light, easy-drinking and refreshing, for those folks doing their work from home during the Coronavirus Shutdown of 2020.

Tier Two (6 - 8% Alcohol By Volume)

colorado+strong+fund.jpg

Colorado Strong

Style: Pale Ale

ABV: 6.6%; IBU: 22

Attributes: A Colorado Brewer's Guild collaboration. Twenty per cent of sales directly benefits the CO brewing community (Colorado's Brewer's Guild and BottleShare). Very mild and refreshing, crystal clear and very pale. Light toasty malt aroma and flavor. Colorado Chinook and Cascade hops lend a light piney and flowery profile, with a slight background flavor of citrus and spice.

dubbel.jpg

Lauded Dubbel

Style: Belgian-Style Dubbel

ABV: 7.2%

Attributes: Amber-ruby color, brewed with Westmalle-style yeast and Belgian malts to achieve a classic flavor with caramel-malt overtones and soft fruit undertones, finishing dry.

GLORY BE! To laud is to glorify. We were invited twice by one of our favorite vendors to create a beer for a very special event. So, we feel twice-glorified!

Mr. Bloom

Style: Foreign/Export Stout

ABV: 7.9%; IBU 50

Attributes: Pronounced roasted character, malty sweetness with smooth flavors of coffee, caramel and chocolate, light burnt bitterness on the nose and in the finish. Extremely quaffable, dry finish..

Exports. James Joyce is often referred to as Ireland’s OTHER Export. Ulysses is Laura’s favorite novel: “I was a Flower of the mountain yes when I put the rose in my hair like the Andalusian girls used or shall I wear a red yes and how he kissed me under the Moorish Wall and I thought well…”

Tier Three (8 – 10% Alcohol By Volume)

all+together+beer.jpg

SHHHHHH! Benedictine Monks take a vow of silence. This probably makes drinking the beer much more expressive!

Tier Four (10 - 14% Alcohol By Volume)

copper+wolf+two.jpg

Copper Wolf In The Woods

Style: Hazy/Juicy IIIPA

ABV: 10.6%; IBU 70 - PERCEIVED IBU 30

Attributes: Hazy Triple IPA made in collaboration with Weldwerks Brewing Co. Silky soft with mango, passion fruit, fruit punch, citrus, red cherry, anise and floral notes from an abundance of Styrian Wolf, Michigan Copper and Mosaic hops.

WOLF SIGHTING: It was only February 2020 when a wild wolf pack was sighted and recorded as reestablished in the wild in Colorado.

gale+gruit.jpg

Gale Gruit

Style: Gruit

ABV: 10.7%; IBU 0

Attributes: Gruit is an ale entirely without hops. A beautiful rich golden beer, we used Myrica Gale, Yarrow, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Grains of Paradise and a few other herbs, along with the flavor punch of Hornindal Kveik ale yeast.

I AM GROOT: Pronounced the same way, or [ɡɹˈuːɪt], [ɡɹˈuːɪt], [ɡ_ɹ_ˈuː_ɪ_t] — its an herb-y beer! Falling out of style after the advent of Reinheitsgebot (1516 German “Purity” Law,) Gruit is classically a brewhouse secret blend of herbs and spices.

auld+lang+syne.jpg

Belgian Quad

Style: Belgian-Style Quadrupel

ABV: 10.9%; IBU 29

Attributes: Clear reddish amber with a lasting creamy ivory head. Aromas of caramel, dried fruit, toffee and light yeast. Medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of caramel, toffee, dried fruit and light yeast with a smooth dry lingering dried fruit finish.

Kissing Cousins? Traditionally Belgians welcome good friends with three kisses on alternating cheeks. But knowing when that's appropriate confuses even the locals. At a first meeting a regular handshake will do.

thoughts+of+winter.jpg

There’s A Beer Over There

Style: BA Imperial Seltzer

ABV: 14.36%

Attributes: A collaboration with The Grateful Gnome (Denver), designed for Collaboration Fest 2020 (which was cancelled due to COVID-19.) With a flavor and texture similar to vanilla cream soda, the Locke & Co Rye barrel imbues this strong but easy-drinking seltzer with ghostly whiskey flavors.

Aren’t seltzers all low-abv? Well, this one isn’t.

frolic+architecture.jpg

Style: Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

ABV: 14.4%

Attributes: Aged 4 months in a Heaven Hill Bourbon barrel. Rich chocolate, vanilla, earthy oak.
