Midnight Cellar is your way into the heart of the Burns beer passion.

Summer Fridays, 11pm - 12mid. Priced al a carte

Every Midnight Cellar will include a topic of beer history, led by Master Brewer Wayne Burns and Certified Cicerone© Laura Worley. The weekly topic is the only thing we will announce in advance, via social media, prior to opening the doors to Midnight Cellar.

You can use your imagination to guess what beers we may be theming from our tapwall, because at Midnight Cellar, we will always showcase two or three from our taps.

There will always be a culinary experience — food matched to the flavors of the beers.

There will always be a raid on our cellars — experiences rare and amazing, and on topic.

Midnight Cellar attendees are offered the opportunity take home select 750ml bottles at 10% off. We always select a rare bottle (or bottle something up especially for Midnight Cellar,) and attendees are the only ones who can access these offers. Imagine a beer club, but accessible.

ONLY 12 ATTENDEES can join us in Midnight Cellar. We close our doors at 11:05pm, so both Wayne and Laura can curate the Midnight Cellar experience for these 12 folks.
