• Ship Of Theseus Anniversary 2021 — An award-winning Old Ale aged in Deerhammer Single Malt barrels. 13.5%abv.

• Buche de Noel (2018) — Imperial Stout aged in Breckenridge Bourbon barrels. 15.3%abv.

• Carouse (2019) — American Barleywine aged in Anejo Tequila Barrels. 16.7%abv.

• Bacchanal (2018) — American Barleywine. 11.6%abv.

• Prince Of Liechtenstein (2020) - Oeno Biere de Garde with Gewurtztraminer, Riesling and Muscat grapes. 14.3%abv.
