We are celebrating the longest night of the year with FIRE.

We will be performing Bierstacheln, placing a red-hot fire-heated iron poker into cold beer, carmelizing the sugars and warming the beer. It's a delightful experience on a cold winter night, perfectly suited for the release of Ginger s'Nice Imperial Gingerbread Porter that evening.
