Willkommen! (Welcome!)

A beer brewed in collaboration with Great Divide Brewery, Hopsteiner and the brewing program at Metro State University, everything is traditional about this Kolsch except for a nimble adaptation of the classic hop profile. Using Contessa and Akoya, proprietary new hops from Hopsteiner, the flavor tends toward floral, pear and spice.

Willkommen! releases at the Colorado Brewer’s Guild Collaboration Fest on March 25, and in the Burns Family Artisan Ales taproom at 3pm March 26, at our very first Sunday Kolsch Service.
