On September 8th, celebrate Burns Family Artisan Ales' fifth anniversary with a delectable Five-Course Artisan Beer Dinner. Colorado Cuisine is expertly prepared Tableside by the endlessly talented Chef Jared Kendall of Thistle And Mint. Mingling hour precedes dinner, with special cellar draws chosen by the brewers.
Each course is paired perfectly with a Burns Family Artisan Ales specialty, and every course is introduced by Chef and Brewers.
We feature our anniversary beer offerings at this dinner: Number VII, an oaked version of our award-winning N.P. German Pilsner, Princess Marie's Cellar, a red wine barrel aged oenobier made with white and red grapes, Corroborator, a bourbon barrel aged doppelbock, and Bibben, a bourbon barrel-aged black barleywine, along with our recently released Genie^Logical.
Mingling Hour begins at 6p. Dinner starts promptly at 7pm.
