Solar Eclipse is a brand conceived of and first brewed by Wayne Burns 22 years ago. A high-abv Russian Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels, this brand is a hallmark "High Octane Wayne" specialty, averaging 18.5%abv over the years (once brewed to 23.5%abv!). Incredibly balanced , deeply disguised abv: flavors of dark chocolate, espresso, roasted caramel, oak, kola nut, dark fruit, leather.
