It takes two to make beer — the brewer to put the ingredients and environment together for the yeast, and those little one-celled organisms to dance, eat and make the beer. On Nov 13, during our November “Thankful For Colorado” dinner, we’ll release the beer, beautifully paired with Colorado Cuisine. Made with freshly harvested Colorado pears, in a saison style. ~6%abv. Rich pear tones, slightly spicy and bready, finishes dry.
