Spectral Swan Of Wrath Solar Eclipse is the continuation of a beloved brand, Solar Eclipse, which Master Brewer Wayne Burns has been creating professionally for over twenty years. This iteration spent nearly 2 years in production. Aged for several months after fermentation in stainless steel, the batch first aged in Laws (Denver, CO) Four Grain Bourbon barrels, then aged in Stranahan's (Denver, CO) Single Malt Whiskey barrels, and finally aged in Heaven Hill/Elijah Craig (Louisville, KY) Bourbon barrels. Smooth, cocoa, coconut, oak, espresso, dark chocolate and hints of deep dark cherry, utterly belying its strength. No adjuncts.

Redemption at the Burns Family Artisan Ales taproom located at 2505 West 2nd Ave #13, Denver, CO. Redemption to 21+ with valid ID. PROXIES MUST BE 21+, with ID. PROXY must show their own ID as well as a copy of the purchaser's ID and printout of Purchaser's purchase confirmation. Purchaser is responsible for proxy's actions and handling of their beer.
